About Vicinity Centres

Vicinity Centres is one of Australia’s largest retail property groups, and a top-35 entity listed on the Australian Securities Exchange, trading as Vicinity Centres (ASX:VCX).

As at 30 June 2017, we own and manage 84 retail assets across Australia, with over $25 billion in assets under our management. Our direct portfolio includes 74 centres valued at $15.5 billion. We also manage 36 assets on behalf of our strategic partners, 26 of which are jointly-owned with Vicinity.

The majority of Vicinity’s earnings are derived from rental income from our retail tenants. Hundreds of millions of consumers visit our centres every year, generating $16.2 billion in annual sales for our retail partners.

Our national office is located in Melbourne, Australia, with regional offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. We employ approximately 1,300 people across centres and corporate offices nationwide.
