Increasing our people’s leadership skills has been a key focus of our learning and development program during the year.
In FY17 we completed our first Everyday Leader Program, with 56 Senior Leaders mentoring over 200 managers across the business.
Diversity and inclusion is an important focus for our business and is at the heart of one of our company values – ‘we embrace difference’.
We reviewed and further refined our diversity and inclusion strategy to focus on gender, age and mental health, and also focused on building inclusive leadership to better understand our people’s diverse needs, support their wellbeing, and help them reach their full potential.
This year, a new Health and Wellbeing program was launched to promote work life balance across our business and enable our team members to lead happy and healthy lifestyles.
